Accessibility work is rarely one person's job. The findings usually belong to a developer, the content problems to whoever writes the pages, and the invoice to someone else again.
How many people you can have
| Plan | People |
|---|---|
| Free | 1 |
| Starter | 1 |
| Professional | 25 |
| Enterprise | Unlimited |
You occupy one of those places yourself. On Free and Starter the limit is one person, which means you, so there is no room to invite anyone. Inviting colleagues starts on Professional.
The count covers everyone across all the workspaces you own, not per workspace. Creating a second workspace does not give you a second allowance.
People you have invited but who have not yet accepted still count. If you are close to your limit, cancel invitations that were never taken up.
Inviting someone
- Open Team.
- Choose Invite and enter their email address.
- Choose a role. See The five roles compared if you are not sure.
- Send. They receive an email with a link to join.
Only Owners and Admins can invite people. If you cannot see the option, that is why.
If the invitation does not arrive
- Ask them to check spam or junk, and any filtered tab their mail provider uses. Company mail filters are the usual explanation.
- Check the address on the Team screen for a typo before resending.
- Resend from the Team screen rather than creating a second invitation, which will occupy another place against your limit.
Which email address
Use their work address, and ideally the one they already use for other tools. An invitation sent to a personal address tends to be the one nobody can find when that person changes job.
