Credits reach your balance in four ways.
1. Welcome credits when you register
Every new account is given credits. How many depends on the plan you start on.

2. A bonus when you upgrade
Moving to a larger plan earns bonus credits.
3. Buying a pack
Packs are available in several sizes, the larger ones offering better value per credit. See the credits area for current sizes and prices. Purchased credits are added as soon as the payment succeeds.
4. A grant from us
Support can add credits to your balance, for example to make good a problem that was our fault. These appear in your history with a note saying where they came from.
The step people miss
Welcome credits and upgrade bonuses do not land in your balance automatically. You have to claim them. They wait as an entitlement until you do, and you choose which workspace receives them.

Everything is recorded
Each arrival is listed in your history with its source, its amount and its expiry date, so you can always see which credits came from where.
