Upgrading takes effect immediately. The moment it goes through, your new limits apply.
Upgrading
- Open Billing.
- Choose the plan you want.
- Review the cost shown before confirming. Mid-period upgrades are prorated, so you pay the difference for the remainder of the period rather than a full new charge.
- Confirm.
What changes straight away
- You can add more websites, and scan more pages per scan.
- Any wait between scans is removed.
- Scheduled scans become available on every paid plan.
- From Professional, you can invite people and your reports carry your branding.
Claim your bonus credits
Upgrading earns you bonus credits, and they do not arrive on their own. They wait as an entitlement until you claim them into a workspace, which matters if you have more than one.
You will see a notice that credits are available to claim. Claim them, choosing which workspace should receive them. Credits that are never claimed are simply not in anybody's balance. This is the single most commonly missed step in the whole billing area, so if you have upgraded and cannot find your credits, look here first.
Who can upgrade
The workspace Owner, or someone with the Billing-only role. Admins can see billing but cannot change the subscription.
