Beyond scanning, you can commission a full expert audit: a specialist going through your site by hand, including the parts a scan cannot reach, such as anything behind a login.
The discount
Paid annual plans carry a discount on that work.
| Plan | Discount |
|---|---|
| Free | None |
| Starter | 20% |
| Professional | 25% |
| Enterprise | From 30%, increasing with the number of sites |
For an Enterprise quote covering many sites, ask us for the exact figure rather than working from the headline number.
Worth including in the comparison
If you already know an audit is coming, the discount can be worth more than the difference between two plans. It is the part of the pricing most people forget to include when comparing.
How to ask for one
Request it from the website in question or from Service Requests. Describe what you need, including scope and any deadline. We come back with a quote showing what is included and what it costs, with your discount applied. You accept or decline, and nothing is charged for asking.
Keeping the paperwork
Quotes and requests stay under Service Requests, so what was agreed is still there months later.
