Credits are a balance held by your workspace, separate from your subscription. They pay for a small number of specific extras.
What uses credits today
Automatic accessibility fixes applied through the WordPress plugin. That is the only thing that spends credits at the moment.
| Action | Cost |
|---|---|
| Applying a set of automatic fixes | 3 credits |
| Each individual fix applied | 2 credits |
What does not use credits
Almost everything, which is worth stating plainly because customers reasonably assume otherwise:
- Running scans, of any size, as often as your plan allows
- The specialist review that every scan goes through
- Your scores, risk bands and issue lists
- PDF reports
- All six accessibility tools
- Adding websites, people or workspaces
- Scheduled scans
- Exporting your data
If you do not use the WordPress plugin's automatic fixes, you can ignore credits entirely.
Where to look
Your balance, where it came from, what has been spent and what is due to expire are all in the credits area of the portal. Every movement is listed, so a balance that changed unexpectedly can always be traced.
