Back To App Documentation Account & Billing Paying Cancelling your subscription

Cancelling your subscription

You can stop paying whenever you like. There is no minimum term on monthly billing.

Before you do anything: export

Take an export first. Workspace Owners can download everything: websites, scans, results, issues and team activity, as plain spreadsheet data. It takes a minute and it is yours to keep regardless of what happens to the account afterwards.

A dated record of what you found and fixed is exactly the evidence you want if anyone asks later what you did about accessibility. It is also the thing people wish they had taken once it is gone.

Cancelling

Open Billing and choose to move to the Free plan or to cancel. The change is normally scheduled for the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep what you bought.

What you keep

  • Your account and your sign in.
  • Your data. Websites, scans and reports are not deleted when a subscription ends.
  • Free plan access, including scanning within its limits.

What changes

Free plan limits apply: one website, ten pages per scan, a three day wait between scans, no scheduled scans, one person. If you are over those limits you go through the choose-what-to-keep step described in Downgrading your plan.

Credits you have already been given

They stay in your balance and keep their own expiry dates. Cancelling does not take them away.

Changing your mind

A scheduled cancellation can be cancelled from Billing before it takes effect. If it has already happened, resubscribe at any time; your data is still there.

Closing the account entirely

That is a separate matter from cancelling a subscription, and it does remove your data. Handle it from your profile, and export first.
