If your site runs on WordPress, you can connect it to your workspace rather than treating it as any other website.
Connecting
Open WordPress Connect in the portal and follow the steps shown. You will need administrator access to the WordPress site, so if someone else manages it, this is a short job for them.
Why bother
A large share of accessibility issues on a WordPress site are content issues rather than code issues: images published without alternative text, headings used for size, link text that says "read more". Those are fixed by whoever edits the content, and connecting the site shortens the distance between a finding and the person who can act on it.
What it does not change
Connecting does not alter your site or add anything to your pages. It is a link between the two systems, not a plugin that changes how your site behaves for visitors. Anything presented as fixing accessibility by injecting a script is an overlay, and we do not do that.
If you do not use WordPress
Nothing is lost. Every part of the platform works the same way for any site, whatever it is built with.
