Every completed scan can be downloaded as a PDF. It is the thing you send to people who are not going to log in to the portal.
Getting it
Open the completed scan and choose the download option. The report covers that scan, so if you want a before and after, download both.
What is in it
Which pages were covered, the issues found grouped by severity, and the detail of what was found where. After an Expert Manual Review the report becomes the Expert-Verified version, adding the score and risk band, the specialist's audit and a prioritised plan for fixing things.
Branding
| Plan | What you can change |
|---|---|
| Free | Nothing, reports carry our branding |
| Starter | Nothing, reports carry our branding |
| Professional | The closing call to action, so readers are directed to you |
| Enterprise | The closing call to action, and your own logo on the cover |
Who to send it to
- A client or a procurement team usually wants the score, the risk band and the fact that a specialist reviewed it, so send them the Expert-Verified report. They rarely read the detail.
- Your developers want the issue detail and will likely prefer working from the portal, where they can filter and work through the list.
- Your own records. Keep the reports. A dated series showing problems found and then fixed is the most useful thing you can have if anyone ever questions your accessibility effort.
A note on storage
Reports count against your workspace storage. If you are approaching your limit, download and archive older reports, then remove scans you no longer need.
