After the review: remediation and monitoring

An Expert Manual Review tells you exactly what is wrong. Two further services help you fix it and keep it fixed. They are offered in order, each building on the one before.

1. Expert Manual Review

Where everything starts. See Requesting an Expert Manual Review.

2. Expert Remediation

Our team fixes the issues identified in your completed Manual Review, directly on your site or in coordination with your developer.

It becomes available for a website once that website has a completed Manual Review, because the review is what defines the work.

3. Accessibility Monitoring

Ongoing monitoring for new accessibility issues after remediation, with regular re-checks and reporting.

It becomes available once remediation for that website is complete.

How the order shows on screen

The Expert Services card on a scan's results page always offers the next step. When one service completes, the card says the website is now eligible for the next, with a button to request it. While a request is open, it shows that request's status and a link to its details.

Doing it yourself instead

Many teams fix things themselves, and that is exactly what the automated results and the expert audit are designed to support. Scan again after your changes to confirm them. If you would like a fresh score afterwards, request another Expert Manual Review on the new scan.
