Open any completed scan and you land on its results page. It is long, because it holds everything. Here is what each section is for, in the order they appear.
Scan Complete
The top card. It holds the buttons you will use most: Preview Report, Download PDF Report, Re-scan and Schedule. Once an Expert Manual Review is complete, it also shows your score, your risk band, and counts of affected elements at each impact level. Before that, it says your score will appear once the expert review is complete.
Impact by Disability Group
The same findings, organised by who they affect: blind people, people with low vision, and so on. See Impact by disability group.
Findings by WCAG Success Criterion
A table of the WCAG requirements your pages fail, with how many elements fail each one. Click a row for the requirement's plain description. See Findings by WCAG success criterion.
Unique Issues Found
Every distinct kind of problem across all the pages you scanned, most serious first, with how many elements and pages each one affects. Click an issue to filter the page list below to just the pages that have it. This is the best place to plan work from.
Automated Scan Findings
The detail, page by page. Each page shows its issues, and each issue shows every affected element with its code. You can search by address, expand or collapse everything, see flagged PDF links, and open the alt text review. See Working through a page's findings.
Manual Expert Audit
Only after an Expert Manual Review. The specialist's verdict on every WCAG success criterion, with their notes. See Reading the expert audit.
Down the side
- Expert Services. Where you request an Expert Manual Review, and later remediation and monitoring.
- Share Your Results. A public link, QR code and embeddable badge, once an expert review is complete.
- Scan initiated by. Who started the scan. Shown to Owners and Admins.
- ADA Title II. The United States compliance dates for state and local government, for reference.
Who can see it
Viewing results needs the view results permission, and downloading the report needs download report. Both are in the Member and Read-only roles by default. People restricted to specific websites only see results for those websites.
