Every scan carries a status label in your websites list, in scan history and on the results page. Here is each one, in the order a scan passes through them.

| Automated Scan Complete | Your automated results are ready to use. There is no score, because no expert review has been done. | Only if you want a score: request an Expert Manual Review. |

| Review In Progress | The review is still being worked on, for example after an internal check. | No. |
| Expert Review Complete | The review is finished. Your score, risk band and expert audit are shown. | No. |
| Report Delivered | As above, and the final report has been sent to you. | No. |
While a scan is running
Open the scan to watch it. The page lists each selected page as it is tested, with the number of issues found on it, and gives a time estimate such as About 3 minutes remaining. You can close the tab; the scan carries on without you.
Pages that fail
If one page cannot be loaded, for example because it timed out, that page is marked as failed and the scan carries on with the rest. The results show which pages were tested and which were not.
A note on the history filter
The status filter in scan history uses shorter names: Discovering, Pending, Scanning, Manual Review, Approved and Sent. Manual Review covers both Automated Scan Complete and Under Expert Review. Approved is Expert Review Complete, and Sent is Report Delivered.
If a scan looks stuck
Check first whether it is Awaiting Page Selection, which is waiting for you. If a scan has shown Scanning for far longer than its estimate, contact support with the website name and roughly when you started it.
