Your quote: approve, change or decline

After you request a review, we prepare a quote covering what is included and what it costs. You will get a notification when it is ready, and it appears under Service Requests.

Your three options

  • Approve Quote. You accept it as it stands. Payment comes next.
  • Request Changes. Tell us what you would like changed, such as fewer pages, a different scope or a different timeline. We revise it and send you an updated quote. Earlier versions stay visible, along with what you asked for.
  • Decline. You do not want to go ahead. You can give a reason, which helps us, but it is optional.

Paying

Once you approve, the quote shows what is due. It may be one payment or several instalments, each with its amount, due date and status. Choose Pay Now beside a payment to pay it. Each payment shows as Paid once it has been received.

When work starts

The review begins once payment has been received. See While your review is in progress.

Keeping track

Service Requests keeps every request and every version of every quote, so you can always go back to what was agreed. The website's Request a Service page also lists every request for that website under Your Requests for This Website.

Who can respond

Responding to a quote needs the respond permission for service requests, which is in every built-in role except Read-only.
