Every completed scan has a PDF report. Use Preview Report to look at it in the portal, or Download PDF Report to save it.
Two versions
- Automated Accessibility Scan Report. For scans without an expert review. It contains the automated findings and says clearly that it reflects automated findings only.
- Expert-Verified Accessibility Report. For scans with a completed Expert Manual Review. It adds the score, the expert audit and a remediation roadmap.
The report always reflects the scan's current state, so once a review is complete, downloading again gives you the Expert-Verified version.

Things worth knowing
- The report is organised by issue, not by page. The results page in the portal is organised by page. Both contain the same findings.
- Each issue shows one example. The report gives one example element for each issue, with how many instances there are across how many pages. The full list of every affected element is in the portal.
- Long page lists are shortened. The first 25 pages tested are listed, with a count of the rest.
- Every page is marked confidential, for your organisation's review.
Who can download it
Anyone with the download report permission, which is in every built-in role except Billing-only.
